The Athlona Starter Program is designed for students beginning their athletic journey in a supportive, group-based learning environment.

This program focuses on building physical literacy, confidence, and positive learning habits through structured movement and guided participation.

Who This Program Is For

No prior experience is required.

Movement to another program is based on readiness, interest, and individual growth — not age or comparison.
