As a nonprofit organization, Halona Foundation is committed to addressing the growing issue of physical inactivity among children and adolescents. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), children and teens ages 6–17 should engage in at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity each day
(CDC Physical Activity Guidelines: https://www.cdc.gov/physical-activity-education/guidelines/index.html).
However, due to academic pressure, increased screen time, and limited access to consistent physical activity opportunities, many children struggle to meet these recommendations. In response, Halona Foundation offers youth fitness programs designed to provide safe, structured, and developmentally appropriate physical activity, helping children build healthy movement habits, physical confidence, and lifelong well-being.
